Welcome to the Waynesville Soccer Website!

Kroger's Community Rewards Program

The Krogers Plus Card Community Rewards is a great way to help reduce your soccer fees for both SAY Soccer and Select.  And, the process to sign up is easy!

The first step is to register you Kroger's Plus Card through the Kroger's Community Rewards website.
    1. Go to www.krogercommunityrewards.com.
    2. Click on Sign In/Register.
    3. If you already have an online account sign in and on your account setting page scroll down to the bottom to Community Rewards and add Waynesville Soccer
Association to your account. Our number is 83416. If you do not have an online account - SIGN UP TODAY. Just follow the steps to register your Kroger Plus Card.
    4. To verify you are enrolled correctly, you will see our organization’s name on the right side of your information page.  This should also show up at the bottom of
        your Kroger's grocery receipt.
    5. Do you use your phone number at the register? Call 800-576-4377, select option 4 to get your Kroger Plus card number.
    6. You must swipe your registered Kroger Plus card or use the phone number that is related to the registered Kroger Plus card when shopping for each purchase to count.

At the end of each quarter, you will receive a notification from the Waynesville Soccer Association to go online or call to get your rewards amounts.  These amounts need to be reported to our treasurer, Kevin Harvey, at [email protected].  Kroger's does not report to us the amounts each card has accumulated so it is important that you get this information and report it to us.  We will keep track of the amounts you report to us each quarter under your account.  When it comes time to register, you can tell us the amount of your account you would like to use towards you fees and we will adjust the amount you owe us for fees.  These funds can be used towards both SAY fees and Select.

We have had families use this program and earn so much it covered their registration fees in full!  So if you shop at Kroger's for your groceries, we highly recommend you look into using this program.

If amounts are not reported within a month of receiving the notification from WSA, those funds will go into the general fund and you will not be able to use them against your registration fees.
